British fashion company Boohoo has voyaged into the NFT and metaverse space with the launch of NFTs on the Polygon blockchain. With more than 13 million followers on social media, and celebrity partnerships with Megan Fox, Zendaya and Paris Hilton, the company’s first steps into Web3 were a huge success.

The Boohoo NFT series which could be minted for free on April 10th on Boohoo’s website, sold out within hours. The collection included 10,000 NFTs providing access to the metaverse and the artwork of Amy Kilner, as well as future access to NFT drops, celebrity collabs, and other fashion perks.

For those who missed out on the initial drop – not to worry. The Boohoo team has assured their audience this is only the beginning. There will be more opportunities later on to join the community. The next phase is already on its way with artist Amy Kilner and the rest of the dream team working on the second drop.

Boohoo is a global fashion brand established in 2006 and based in Manchester, bringing its customers 24/7 up-to date fashion. Boohoo is changing the male-dominated NFT space by working with female-led communities and novice female artists.
