The Sandbox celebration of all things Hong Kong will turn its Asian escapade up a level. Launching the second phase of its Mega City project by introducing a host of new partner organizations.
The aptly named Mega City 2 virtual land sale will occur at 1pm UTC on April 28, allowing investors and metaverse developers the chance to purchase prime Mega City real estate within The Sandbox realm. As a result, interested parties can get their hands on 82 Premium and 42 standard plots of land in a straight up sale. All hosted via The Sandbox self curated bespoke marketplace.
In addition to the flat sale, The Sandbox will distribute a further 10 estates and 38 plots of land through a series of online auctions. Each of which will become available for bidding on the OpenSea marketplace come launch day.

This additional phase in the Mega City project will see a raft of organizations joining the fray, each pairing land in their neighbourhood with a set of exclusive NFTs. As a result, Ocean Park, Standard Chartered, Regal Hotels Group, MADworld, Chord Hero, and many more will all have their presence made within the Mega City metropolis. Therefore, all contributing to the vibrant urban sprawl and its unique atmosphere.
